The location is perfect, being situated next to Lake Batur, Kintamani, and Mount Batur. It's just a 5-minute drive to Pura Dalem Balingkang. - You can see the lake from the double room.

food was delicious and i have nothing but fantastic memories from this trip. the employees were polite and great. the hotel's location was marvellous and stunning, so close to the surrounding area and kintamani. it also was down into the valley.

The hotel is not far from Mount Batur and the lake, which is a plus. the food was appetizing with a wide range of options. the location is marvelous and stunning, down into the valley.

My room was practical and beautiful thanks to the very nice staff. the location was great and amazing as for me, not far from Lake Batur, Kintamani & Mount Batur, the valley, and everything, pro and cons. - It also was due to farms in the area.

the newly opened Pinggan Caldera offers small, cabin-like rooms and excellent dinner and breakfast options. the staff even arranged a car ride back. the location is perfect for a tranquil getaway, and the sunrise view is absolutely amazing. the two female staff members cooked delicious meals for us since there are no nearby restaurants. the bed was comfy, and we loved the unique outdoor bathroom.
No major drawbacks, just a few minor issues. There were some standard room facilities that could have been better maintained.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. We were able to witness the stunning sunrise over the mountains and the lake, which was truly a memorable experience. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of excursions nearby, such as ATV rides and hiking Mount Batur, providing plenty of options for adventure.
One of the major drawbacks of the hotel was its remote location. It was quite isolated and not easily accessible without a car or bike.
